M/A-COM’s high dynamic range, low noise MAAMSS0070 extends our highly linear driver amplifier range.

The MAAMSS0070 provides system engineers with a broader range of high dynamic, low noise amplifier solutions. This new amplifier achieves high 3rd order output intercept performance and very low noise figures at a single bias point. The RoHS-compliant SOT-89 package further simplifies circuit layout, requiring minimal matching components.

The MAAMSS0070 is fabricated using M/A-COM’s high reliability GaAs Metal Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor (MESFET) process. The MTTF for this device, under standard operating conditions, is greater than 1 million hours.
