Only Agilent Makes it Easy to Read Your Field Measurements |
When Agilent designed the new N9340A spectrum
analyzer, field ruggedness and accuracy were
natural features. But they went a step further,
recognizing that a day in the field can often be a
day in bright sunshine, making it difficult to read
the display of test gear. The innovative, new best-in-class
display technology gives you a bigger and
better picture of your test results, even in direct
sunlight!
The Agilent N9340A handheld RF spectrum analyzer
provides optimized usability and exceptional
performance for installation and maintenance
tasks in the field, such as interference test, spectrum
monitoring and on-site repair. The N9340A
can meet the requirements of users in a variety
of industries, including wireless service providers,
aerospace and defense, spectrum management
authorities and TV and broadcasting. The N9340A
covers the frequency range of 100kHz (tuneable to
9kHz) to 3GHz.
With a full understanding of customers’ requirements
for field use, the N9340A offers optimized
usability through a variety of capabilities.
Efficiently obtaining test results is just the
beginning. Agilent also knows you want to find
solutions to your problems faster, so they’ve
designed the N9340A with industry leading
performance.
Your testing effectiveness in the field will improve
with the exceptional performance of the Agilent
N9430A.
N9340A’s fast sweep speed helps you locate and
identify elusive and transient inference signals
which have been a major challenge, especially for
wireless service providers. In addition, the fast
sweep speed reduces the time to measure across
the span, improving your productivity in the field.
The N9340A provides the fastest sweep speed at
full span (less than 120ms) and its non-zero span
sweep speed is 10ms minimum.
The industry leading sensitivity of the N9340A
helps you detect low level signals, thereby
gaining a more complete understanding of the
spectrum. The N9340A provides the best sensitivity
in its class. The sensitivity is determined by the
displayed average noise level (DANL). The N9340A
provides the lowest DANL in its class: –124dBm
without preamplifier or –144dBm with preamplifier
on (30Hz RBW, 10MHz < fc ≤ 1.5GHz).
Together, with a resolution filter shape factor
of less than 5:1 and the minimum 30Hz
resolution bandwidth, the N9340A ensures you
find the close-in signals which can not be found
otherwise. The narrowest RBW also means less
noise is introduced by the N9340A and, therefore,
contributes to achieve overall lowest DANL. The
N9340A provides the best resolution ability with
the narrowest RBW of 30Hz to 1MHz in 1-3-10
sequence.
FEATURES
 |
- The N9340A’s 7.2” sunlight viewable LCD
screen gives you a larger and clearer reading
of the spectrum scans, even in direct sunlight.
Now, you do not need to shade your handheld
spectrum analyzer screen, or adjust the
screen to a brighter setting in order to see
the scan in the sunlight. N9340A’s sunlight
viewable LCD will always give you a clear
reading of the display.
- Easily transfer and save data in the field with
the USB memory. The N9340A supports USB
memory sticks for more convenient data
transfers in the field. Also, when you’re in the
office, you can control the N9340A with your
PC via the USB interface.
- The N9340A’s rugged design makes it tough
enough to meet military requirements. Apart
from its compact and rugged construction,
the large rubberized grips, which wrap
around both ends, provide additional robust
protection from rough handling. The sealed
keypad and screen are moisture resistant
and dust proof.
- Users worldwide will find using the N9340A
easy. The N9340A supports 11 languages
on-screen with its user interface. These
languages include English, simplified Chinese,
traditional Chinese, French, German, Italian,
Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian and
Spanish.
