The ASDL-4262 High Power T-1 3/4 (5mm) Infrared Emitter belongs to a sequence of emitters that are aimed at high power, low forward voltage and high speed. These emitters utilize AlGaAs on GaAs LED technology and are optimized for efficiency at emission wavelengths of 940nm. This material produces high radiant efficiency over a wide range of currents with wide viewing angle of 50 degrees. ASDL-4262 is packaged in standard clear T-1 3/4 (5mm) packages.
