Power Schottky Diodes – STPSxx Series

The STPSxx Power Schottky diode series combines low voltage drop characteristics with negligible or no recovery. These diodes range from 15V to 170V, and 1A to 240A options enable the devices to respond to all application needs from OR-ing and 48V converters to battery chargers and welding equipment. The package offering in this series is broad, with through-hole and surface mount industry standard outlines. New features include Avalanche specification for the STPSxx Series.

Ultrafast Diodes – STTHxx Series

The STTHxx Ultrafast bipolar diode series are the workhorses of telecom and industrial applications. These devices combine high Tj with small recovery time, and when used primarily for transformer secondary forward rectification, they provide the best possible voltage drop available. With the newest 50 commercial references ST covers, with many package alternatives, all high current applications from 200V to 1200V needs.
