VLMW1100 Ultrabright White SMD 0603 LEDs
Vishay’s new ultrabright LEDs in SMD 0603 feature high efficiency Indium Gallium Nitride (InGaN) technology, luminous intensity of 140 mcd to 280 mcd and ESD withstand voltage of 1kV. |
The 0603 LED is an obvious solution for smallscale,
high power products that are expected to
work reliability in an arduous environment. The
reflector inside this package is filled with a mixture
of epoxy and yellow converter. This yellow
converter converts the blue emission partially
to yellow, which mixes the remaining blue to
give white.

New Super Bright MiniLED in Compact 2.3mm x 1.3mm x 1.4mm Package
To address the rising demand for white surface
mount LEDs, Vishay is offering the exceptionally
small and bright VLMW2100 white MiniLED.
The MiniLED has been designed to meet the increasing
demand for white SMD LEDs. The feature
of the device is the very small package 2.2mm x
1.3mm x 1.4mm. The MiniLED is an obvious solution
for smallscale, high-power products that are
expected to work reliably in an arduous environment.
This is often the case in automotive and
industrial application of course.

VLMW41XX White SMD LEDs
New Sapphire based, high intensity white SMD
LED series in PLCC-2 package offers high luminous
intensity of 112 mcd to 355 mcd and 2kV ESD
withstand voltage.
It consists of a lead frame which is embedded
in a white thermoplast. The reflector inside this
package is filled with a mixture of epoxy and TAG
phosphor. The TAG phosphor converts the blue
emission partially to yellow, which mixes with the
remaining blue to give white.
