Single and Two Stage Driver Amplifiers
Designed for general purpose infrastructure,
WiMAX, WLAN and other high performance RF
systems, M/A-COM’s single and two stage driver
amplifiers deliver optimum performance and rugged
reliability. These tunable broadband drivers are
available in a variety of gain profiles and demonstrate
excellent output power with high linearity.
These one and two stage drivers are available in
a variety of industry standard packages ranging
from the SOT-89 to the SOIC-8EP and the 4mm
PQFN.
With power output ranging from 0.5 to 2.0W, there
is a driver amplifier for every application.
