Pressure Sensors from Freescale
The MPXV5004G series of piezoresistive transducers
are state-of-the-art monolithic silicon pressure
sensors designed for a wide range of applications,
but particularly those employing a microcontroller
or microprocessor with A/D inputs. These sensors
combine a highly sensitive implanted strain gauge
with advanced micromachining techniques, thin film
metallization and bipolar processing to provide
an accurate, high level analog output signal
that is proportional to the applied pressure.
The MPXH6115A series of piezoresistive transducers
are state-of-the-art, monolithic, signal conditioned,
silicon pressure sensors. These sensors
combine advanced micromachining techniques,
thin film metallization and bipolar semiconductor
processing to provide an accurate, high level
analog output signal that is proportional to applied
pressure.
The MPXM2102A is a silicon piezoresistive pressure
sensor providing a highly accurate and linear
voltage output - directly proportional to the applied
pressure. The sensor is a single, monolithic silicon
diaphragm with the strain gauge and a thin film
resistor network integrated on-chip. The chip is laser
trimmed for precise span and offset calibration
and temperature compensation.
