Flexible Wide DC Input 1.5A LED Driver

The NCP3065 is a flexible cost effective 40V, 1.5A switch current LED driver, capable of being configured in buck, boost and SEPIC or buckboost topologies to drive high power LEDs.

This innovative device can also be configured as a controller to drive an external FET for higher power boost or buck arrangements. Safety features such as cycle-by-cycle current limiting and thermal shutdown are included.
