Snap Action Switches Feature Extended Life to More Than 100,000 Cycles…

C&K Components, a leading international supplier of tact switches, toggle, rocker and pushbutton switches and smart card interconnect devices, has developed a new series of miniature sealed snap action switches. Offered in a range of operating forces and ratings, the new single-pole double-throw LCS Series miniature snap action switches are housed in a compact package and feature a wide variety of actuator and termination styles, including quick connect, solder style, PCB through hole and potted wire leads (standard 12” length).

 

FEATURES The snap action mechanism provides positive indication and high reliability Extended mechanical life of more than 100,000 cycles Switch is fully dust and splash proof Potted wire leads meet IP67 approval Contact ratings up to 6A at 125V AC and 3A at 250V AC Operating force ranges from 60 to 150 grams at the actuator button Housing is made of high temperature resistant PTS thermoplastic (featuring UL-94V-O rating) Operating temperature range from -40°C to +105°C
