IR introduces a new family of 60V and 75V MOSFETs, optimized for industrial battery applications such as E-bikes, scooters and utility carts.

The new N-channel devices utilize IR’s trench MOSFET technology with superior RDS(on) for improved system efficiency and high reliability, also making them well suited for battery back-up systems such as uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) as well as hard switched or high frequency circuits common in switch mode power supplies.

The new devices are offered lead free, in TO-220, D-PAK and D2PAK packages and are RoHS-compliant.
