C&K Components offers a complete range of control components in its RAFIX 22FS and RAFIX 22QR Series devices. Easily integrated into control panels, the RAFIX 22QR is panel mountable while the RAFIX 22FS is both PCB and panel mountable and features a low
behind panel depth. Both series enable customers
to develop new machine designs, while the various collar shapes (round or square), front rings (metal or plastic), lens colors and
contact blocks provide increased versatility.
The RAFIX 22FS components feature 9.2mm
behind the front panel depth and both the RAFIX 22FS and RAFIX 22QR are available with industry standard 22.3mm mounting hole diameters. The control components also provide an alternative to PCB mounting by utilizing contact blocks with quick-connect terminals for direct assembly.
The RAFIX 22FS and RAFIX 22QR control
components feature direct-mounted actuators without the need for tools. The ease of use results in reduced assembly time and substantial cost
savings. The control components also feature
optimum insulation between contacts, a long cycle life of up to 1 million operations and a rigid
connection between the contact block and actuator,
making them suitable for applications with extreme
shock and vibration.
