Schottky Rectifiers Rated to 1A and Transient Voltage Suppressors Rated to 100W in Miniature

The Micro SMP package currently supports 1A Schottky rectifiers, 1A standard rectifiers with specified ESD capability and two low voltage
transient suppressors.
Presently three product lines, the MSE1P(B-J)-E3
standard rectifiers, the MSS1P(2-6)-E3 and MSP(3V3/5.0A) have been released in the
Micro-SMP package.
The MSE1 line is a series of standard 1A rectifiers
with IEC-61000-4-2 ESD capability typically
beyond 30kV. The reverse energy capability makes these rectifiers ideal where a rugged, small rectifier
is required in an industrial control environment where unsettled conditions can “rule the day”.
Additionally, the MSP3V3 and 5.0A transient
suppressors will absorb all ESD events and protect against larger electrical surges as they are rated at 100W on the industry standard 10x1000µs
test pulse, indicating true suppression capability beyond ESD in a footprint similar to a SOD323.
Finally the MSS series provides a full 1A or
current capability for local SMPS regulation in space challenged applications.
