Vishay Extends IHLP® Family of Low Profile, High Current Inductors with a New Device in the 2020 Case Size
New Inductor Offers Compact 5.18mm x
5.49mm Footprint, High Maximum Frequency
to 5MHz and Low DCR Down to 3.6mΩ Typical.
The compact IHLP-2020BZ-01 offers a 5.18mm x
5.49mm footprint and ultra low 2.0mm profile with
a high maximum frequency and standard inductance
values from 0.1µH through 10µH.
The IHLP-2020BZ-01 offers an inductance range
from 0.10µH to 10µH, a saturation current range
from 4A up to 45A, typical DCR from 3.6mΩ to
184.0mΩ, and maximum DCR from 3.9mΩ to
199.0mΩ.
The new inductor handles high transient current
spikes without hard saturation. Packaged in an
RoHS-compliant, 100% lead (Pb)-free shielded,
composite construction that reduces buzz noise to
ultra low levels, the new device is specified for an
operating temperature range of 55°C to +125°C,
with high resistance to thermal shock, moisture,
mechanical shock and vibration.
