CEL Adds New 32-Bit ARM-Based FreeStar Pro Module to its Line of ZigBee Transceivers
CEL’s FreeStar Pro ZigBee radio modules are
fully-integrated and ready to drop into your
IEEE 802.14.5 networks. Based on the new
Freescale™ MC13224 32-bit ARM-based
transceiver platform, the FreeStar Pro is designed
to provide premier processing capabilities with
very low power consumption.
Ember™–based Apex Modules are ideal for
point-to-point, point-to-multipoint and EmberZNet
applications. They combine transceiver IC and
16-bit microprocessor with an onboard 100mW
power amplifier for over 4000 feet of range.
Apex LT Modules feature a non-proprietary
SPI-based microcontroller interface that allows
you to add ZigBee transceiver functionality using
the microcontroller of your choice.
Texas Instruments™–based Matrix Modules
feature Dynamic Power Configuration (DPC), which
allows you to drive the module at 10mW when
enhanced range is required, or bypass the
power amplifier for 1mW output in low power
applications. A 100mW model is also available.
