to +125șC) applications and meet worldwide
safety regulatory standards under UL1577,
EN/IEC 60747-5-2 and CSA.
Avago has introduced a series of automotive
optocouplers:
ACPL-M43T/ACPL-M46T (Automotive 1MBd Transistor Output/IPM Optocouplers) - for use in the electric motor inverters, DC-to-DC converters, fault feedback signal isolation and battery management wakeup signal isolation
ACPL-M61T (10MBd logic gate output digital interface optocoupler) - for use in the CANBus communications network interfaces
ACPL-312T (2.5A gate driver optocoupler with under-voltage lock out (UVLO) capability for use in electric motor control and DC-to-DC power management
